Bring back the disc

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2010. I always bought the disc. I found out while shopping that the disc is no longer offered. Shame.
After many fits with the online, I found a button that allowed me to do my tax's on my desktop, I would give a one star, but raised it to two for that button. The format is different in this than previous year. I was about to toss this and get H & R Block. I probably will next year if disc isn't offered.

Turbo Tax has created a program that seems to lock people in and now you want to force people that have been using your program to do it on line. Also, I really want the disk but you no longer seem to see the need for users to have a disk. bottom line, it does suck.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and it has always been a fairly simple task to file my returns. However with the elimination of Its Deductible, I probably will switch to other software.

Turbo tax used by seniors

Difficulty knowing where each amount entered in the tax forms is coming from. Would like to be able to click on an amount in the form and get an explanation how that amount was calculated.

FIX THE GLITCH

For 2nd year I could not E-file state. After a~1hr session with support last night we gave up and I printed to send. This morning I googled "cannot pay with c card to e-file state return with turbo tax"
The suggested fix was to go into settings display change scaling down to 100%. Also to lower screen resolution tp 1024x768. I did this and the continue button on first page of Billing which was previously below and not visible/accesible was there. I was then able to pay & fe-file state.
Someone there should know and be available to provide, this was a problem last year as well!
Last year after hrs of frustration with various support calls I finally paid $40.00 to have state e-file charge taken from my refund. This year I have no refund so it was not an option.
One might think the fact this is a persisting issue and not being addressed, leads to the assumption you like getting the extra $.
Please fix this any other vendor doesn't have this issue.
