Turbo tax is great for ensuring that you receive all possible deductions and great for reviewing any errors that you may have made, so that you can correct them before finalizing your returns.

Misleading state tax charges

Every year it gets slower, and needing more clicks to accomplish the same things. The state is advertised as free when you purchase the product, but then to actually file there is a charge. Ordinary people find this annoying, because it is lying.

Will Keep Using Turbo Tax even with some drawbacks

Pro: Improvement from last year in entering municipal interest on State return.
Con: Return would not print from MAC. Googled to find a work around
Some forms (e.g., AMT, Comparison of past years) do not print on the Return & Worksheets and you can't print from forms. Annoying.

Turbo tax to the rescue!

Antoine and his supervisor were great. Perhaps in the future, you could mention that IRS IPPIN is changed every January early in the month. Would have saved me a big hassle and of course a call to Turbo Tax. LORD bless in Jesus' Nam3e!
