Problem with form 2210-I, but rest was good

Problem with form 2210-I. I enterer AGI numbers, everything looks great, penalty is gone, save file ...
Next time I go into TurboTax, the AGI numbers are gone and the penalty returns. I finally had to enter the numbers via a different avenue that I discovered via the internet - NOT TurboTax.
