I am pleased with the results of the products.

The initial download took quite a while and required on my part with continued restarts. Once I began using the program, it was very straightforward. I am not sure if you planned double up on the production of two copies of the file to mail packages. It just gives me another set of forms in case the first gets lost in the mail.

I have used Turbo Tax for for several years and have never had a problem filing out the the information. I have never had a filing problem or audit. Easy to work with and easy to know what documents I needed to successfully file my taxes.

The software seemed to work well to prepare my return. I didn't have any issues with e-filing the federal return.
The state return was another matter entirely. I did not have tax due, and was not getting a refund. Therefore, why should I pay $25 to e-file the state return? But the problem is it's not clear at all how to print the required state forms and mail them. The app keeps bringing me back to info about e-filing, or it offers expert advice for a $60 payment. This info should be easily accessible in the app.

Did not communicate with you. Couldn't download 1099-R forms this time. TurboTax seemed to push me into purchasing something else rather than letting me move on. Sometime my mouse wouldn't work and I would have to touch the screen. I've used TurboTax for decades and this was the most challenging.

Fr the most part using Turbo Tax is pretty easy. Non cash Charitable. This year I had a lot of non cash deductions was not the easiest. With Multiple items going to the same charity, Why due you have to enter the date for each item. It would be easier to enter the date once and that should be all that is need for all items donated on that date. If you have several dates of donations one enter for each date should be all that is needed.
On medical deductions it would be nice to see each section prior to entering. I found myself going back and forth because what each category wasn't real clear until you get further into the section.
Overall I'm pleased with Turbo Tax.
