2025 TurboTax Premier Good but 2024 was Better

I enjoy TT and its step-by-step approach. However, previous years had ItsDeductible to help itemize donations. I had to use 3rd Party software for this and pay for it. Also, prior years handled 529 expenses better with specific boxes to add in college expenses like Room & Board, Transportation, etc. 2025 had one all-purpose box and wasn't clear what to include. Bad for 529 users.

Provide option to increase font size

When reviewing tax forms I could not find a way to increase font size on my MAC. I have been using TurboTax for about 25 years but my eyesight is getting a little worse so I was encountering some significant eye strain.

W-2 Import does not work

W-2 Import from ADP did not work.
Reading W-2 from PDF did not work, had to enter them manually.

OK overall but not paper-free and too much work

I use the desktop version for Mac because it gives me access to the forms.
I find the 'interview' process sometimes skips over or grabs the wrong information.
I wish TurboTax had (a) imported my brokerage transactions with the 1099-B; (b) given me the choice to enter my brokerage transactions; or (c) imported my brokerage statement as a PDF. At the end I got the unwelcome message that I now had to find and print the statement with forms 8949 and 8453 and mail them to the IRS. This is unnecessary and more painful than any of these options.
Overall though, it's OK. Outrageous however that Intuit lobbies the US government to stop them simplifying tax filing and allowing us to deal direct with the IRS as in other countries. I shouldn't really be giving you my business at all.

2025 Turbo Tax a lot more glitchy that in the past

I have been a Turbo tax users for many years. This year I was very disappointed in the product. Error loading W-2, many issues with internet connection. Problems downloading investments from brokerage accounts. Install challenges. Too many for what has been a good product in the past.
