Turbotax is effective for what I want it for.

Don't need a tax expert. I use Turbotax because it allows continuity between years.

Turbo tax forced upgrade for Windows11

I have always liked Turbo Tax but this year they got sneaky and I was considering switching. I have windows 10 and like to do my taxes with the desktop version and not online. I also don't want to upgrade just yet. This years desktop version only works with Windows 11 which is a huge inconvenience. Why??
