Turbo Tax Help is Helpless

awful...cannot print ANY of my tax forms and absolutely nobody can help me...I've seen numerous others experiencing the same problem...obviously turbo tax needs to fix this 'bug"

Turbo Tax needs some work.

There were several sections where Turbo Tax would hang up and not proceed to the next step. I had to save my return and close the application to continue. There a Schedule UE that continues to show up in my PA State return that I don't need and did not fill out.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. As usual, I am always impressed with the thoroughness of the questions in the Guide Me approach. Good job. However, I am disappointed in the fact that the physical CD version is no longer available.

printing does no work

The product allows us to file returns without entering the IRS IP PIN - 6 digits. Both NC and the Fed will reject returns without this PIN
