Not great but I don't have anything better

This year I had no problem with Safari compatibility. As far as accuracy, there is still a problem with seller-financed mortgages which usually counts the interest income twice and has to be corrected manually. I've had this problem for about 15 years and it's still a glitch that hasn't been corrected. I have to use the desktop version instead of online version because I have to be able to dig into the details of my fairly complicated return and make corrections manually. If you ever get rid of this option, I will no longer use Turbotax. I called support back in April when I was doing a first pass at the return and filling for an extension. Support person was knowledgeable and helpful. State return for Hawaii is not very user friendly and does not provide eFile option except for very simple returns. Seems to always send you to the Hawaii tax department website to answer most questions. The feature I like the best is the ability to move from EasyStep to forms quickly to find out how your answers are affecting your tax return. Turbotax could be improved, but I haven't found anything better yet.

Software doesn't populate forms accurately when given accurate inputs for Roth back door conversion. Following Turbo Tax article on the topic did not help.

Terrible software, flags some errors in a worksheet that don't even matter. Then gives a terrible description of where the error is in the forms and forces you to dig around and find where exactly in their worksheet (which isn't available to you, by the way..) they have something messed up

Unable to e-file using the 6-digit Protection PINs

With the 6 digit protection PINs, we were unable to use them to e-file the tax returns on the night of 10/15/2025. However, we did enter those PINs in step-by-step portion of the data entry.

I liked the disc MUCH better

I dont like the new interface in the income section, I dont understand the confusion around importing from banks, and I HATE that you dont offer the disc anymore
