turbo tax my go to filing software

excellent tax filing experience , however filing a 1099K was difficult and time consuming .

Hi Just had Ricky help resolve an issue
repeatedly could not transmit email filing validation failed
said check updates did several times and repeatedly failed
Ricky found issue was California is not read until the 20th due to the fires etc do only filed Fed
Would help with probably thousands of other Californians trying for Turbo Tax to get some Warning message as an update for California filers

turbotax continues to ask to purchase additional products and services.
once I say no that I do not want to purchase additional products and services STOP ASKING ME if I want to purchase additional products and services. it is annoying and money grubbing on the part of intuit.

Ove 30 Years with TurboTax

It's now over 30 years with us using Turbo Tax. Filing taxes each year is a real chore for me as we have rental property. The most difficult is just gathering information.... but instead of taking it to a CPA we just input into TurboTax.
