Fairly Easy to do. My tax returns are complicated, yet I feel comfortable doing them myself

Program did not seem as straight forward as in the past. Don't know whether it was me or the program, or the Tax lasws. Took an awful long time straigtening out entry errors, based on misleading, to me, directions. But in yout favor, zipped through my own Returns, but it really got time consuming doing my daughter's Return, which I thought should have been easirer. BTW, why would you have difficulty with duplicate nicknames?

Turbo Tax is great

Payment process Flawed

Did not enjoy the state payment process. Had several issues could not back out of initial choice.

Indiana Tax Penalty Calculations incorrect

In the Indiana underpayment penalty and interest calculations, TurboTax only considers W2 withholding and does not include advance payments, while calculating the penalty. This causes the customers to pay a penalty that they do not owe. Please fix this error.

Problem with Schedule E

Turbox Tax is great until there is an issue you cant figure out. I have owned my home for years and this tume the program wanted to treat it as a rental home. What a pain. I worked around it but also couldnt find anything online that woudl help me fix it.
