poor rejection return, amend claim as dependent

rejected returns have not been helpful in identify the reason and provide solution (dependent exemption error and didnt tell which dependent was the cause- even though reject has the number provided but turbo tax does not display this). solved the problem with adding IP PIN (turbo didnt help show where and had to hunt that field myself)

Ms. Tracy is the best!

My experience with Ms. Tracy was fantastic. She is the best expert I've interacted with on Turbotax. She was very knowledgeable, patient and polite. She handled all my questions patiently and resolved all my doubts during the more than 2 hour phone conversation. I would want to have her help me with the taxes again next year and every year! I like the product but I don't like the company

TurboTax continues to try and generate more profit at the expense of their customers. I am not happy with many of their decisions and it makes we want to look for another tax company - one that I can trust. I am most disappointed with their Audit Defense product. I have been purchasing this product for a number of years. I recently found out that they are doing their own audit defense product. I found out (after purchasing) that the new audit defense only lasts 1 year, even though the IRS can audit you for up to 7 years. This new product is basically a way that they can steal from us. I contacted the company that used to provide this service for them and they honor the service for as long as the IRS can legally audit you and they charge less than TurboTax. What a scam. TurboTax did not clearly explain the difference between the old and the new product. Its a shame that they are now more interested in their stock price than their customers.

where do you put money you sent when you filed ext

I sent money when I filed for extension, but there was no prompt for the money I already sent to IRS, Hope it does not get overlooked.
