It's awesome when working properly.

I've been using turbo tax for years. That being said Just having an issue with the update and saving my progress from last year. When speaking to one of your help reps we noticed that last years taxes weren't saved for some reason even though I had already filed last year. Very strange, It should save the progress whether there's and update or not. It was a little annoying to say the least.

This year We had a terrible time due to the switch from DVD disk to downloaded Turbotax software and the dificulty navigating the strictly garded (understable) but hard to read some instructions, specialy for older folks as i am one of them. Going back to DVD would highly be apreciated. Thanks

process to amend sucks!

I always liked the program however I need to amend my 2024 return and am having a terrible and time consuming process trying to figure it out. The help video does not show the same screen I am getting. When I log into my return there is briefly an amend icon, but it is dead, i.e. clicking on it does nothing

problems with 1099 SSA vs R

I only have a Form SSA 1099 from SS benefits. Tubo Tax states I have 10 errors on my 1099 R. which i do not have that form for dividends/pension distribution etc
