A fantastic product!

TurboTax is great. It makes filing taxes super easy. The AI help where clarifications are needed is genuinely helpful, and I never felt like I needed to reach out to a live person. However, the process is so straightforward that even with my relatively complicated situation (rental properties, multiple LLCs, etc.) it was still very smooth.
My only critique, and it's minor and doesn't warrant losing a star, is that I have done my taxes in previous years with the desktop version. This year, I initially opted for TurboTax online, but I had a lot of difficulty figuring out how to pull my 2023 return over from the desktop. I don't understand why it doesn't seamlessly integrate. Even after I uploaded the return to the "documents" section, it wouldn't autogenerate information from the previous year. In the end I ended up downloading the 2024 desktop version and that worked perfectly.

I love using Turbo Tax. However, I love the discs better than the download. I hope that you make discs for 2025.

amending is super confusing

Didnt claim dependent on 1040, yet dependent claim appeared on state form. Had to amend STATE form only, however, TT would simply continue to include dependent info on state return no matter what i tried, even deleted the record yet still appears on form. LAME! Worst ever!

Can't live without it........ can't live with it

been using for years, and could not live without it. but it's become glitchy. it must require tons of memory bc on my desktop it runs slow and there is very long lag after every click. many of the magnifiers do not work. when you click, after the delay, it redoes the page but stays in same place. usually when you click again on the magnifier, it goes to the correct page. a number of the numbers which have no magnifier, right click for "data source" and it either has nothing, or gives incorrect information.

I have got helps from two experts of Turbo Tax. One Lady and one Genteman, both are very knowledgeable and curtesy. I love Turbo Tax for help our Tax Return. We will keep use Turbo Tax for years coming.
