Charged a state filing fee I couldn't use

I was perturbed when I paid $25 to file my deceased mother's tax return in Pennsylvania only to find out that form 1310 could not be transmitted electronically. There should be a way to check that you can file electronically before paying the fee. I'm basically out the $25.
Otherwise, I like TurboTax

I like how the system reviews your information and tells you what can be done to fix corrections. Also the glossary provides good information. Lastly, I always go through each of the tabs to see if something is applicable to my situation. This is helpful.

This software is so stupid. Please remember to avoid $40 fee at the end by not deducting $25 state filing fee from your federal refund.
