I use TurboTax every year, but I do find the search/help feature poorly designed. I have to go out to google and/or the irs search engines to answer questions.

Thought I had paid for both my Federal & State tax filing, especially when the package says Premier Federal State....that was not correct. It only covers the Federal, and not the state.
