Your software meets my needs. I like the flexibility to be able to go through the return a few different ways. Layout and approach are very good.

It's not perfect, but what is...? On the Federal return side TurboTax is excellent... The state add on is mostly good, although I would like to see a section where I can enter my Schedule 2K-1 (Massachusetts return) information...

Turbo Tax is the best consumer tax program

Turbo tax has some errors in the software, but it is still the best tax software available. The people helping on the phone are very helpful but not knowable in complicated areas such as Foreign Taxes and options.

Glitch with Amended Return

So I completed an amended return with TurboTax 3 weeks ago. And authorized direct payment from my checking account. I never got an accept/reject and the money was never taken from account. I repeated it again yesterday. Within hours I got an "acceptance" from IRS. My account still says I have Federal Tax Due...but my amended return says it was paid. Not sure if it will come out of my account and don't know how to find out if there is a glitch. Also wondering if, at some point, I'll get double withdrawn from the earlier amended return. Very frustrating. Have used TurboTax for years with no problems.
