Had plenty of problems with this year (2024) turbotax program. I was directed to look for answers in my previous return in areas that had no items or does not exists.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Two Problems Filing My Return

Two problems. You assumed I needed a Form 7205 even though line 27b on my Schedule C was zero. That I eventually fixed manually on the Schedule C worksheet. Then you also required a non-zero entry on my Colorado Form 104 line 5 even though my Schedule C had a zero on line 24b. For this I had to change the line 5 to $1 (which was incorrect) in order to get you to file my state return.

Had an issue with duplicate 1099-DIV entrees on my tax return. Sofonie, the TurboTax specialist, who assisted me was terrific. She listened attentively. She was, patient, professional and courteous. Suck in payment did not go through loop...

Getting a little more difficult each yhear. Could not pay by credit card to E-file state. Got in a loop of Payment did not go through. ????????????
