I wish there were an easier way to track where entries COME FROM when in the Forms section; and where entries GO TO when in the Step-by-Step section. Its way too easy to get lost -- and FRUSTRATED -- trying to track and correct alleged errors.
Finally, I think my Form 1116 should have included "income from sources outside the United States" (because I had that income and declared it properly elsewhere) but after several hours' effort, I could not find a way to enter the data without an OVERRIDE which would have invalidated e-filing. Why weren't my entries of foreign Interest & Dividends (from 8938 and 1099-INT and 1099-DIV) carried to the appropriate boxes in 1116? Or, at the very lease, why isn't the filer advised of this issue? Seems that the Foreign Income section needs to be beefed up a bit (especially with so many Americans eager to flee the country these days . . . just sayin').
YES, will be using Turbo-USA and Turbo-Canada again next year!

Great features!!

Easy to use and great features like switching between "Walk me through" step by step and "Forms". In Forms mode / view, I can look at and review individual tax forms like the 1040 or Schedule D. Great tech support if I have questions.

Did not like the new 'visual' changes

I did not like the new 'cutesy' visual things added to the program for 2024. Just needs to be more simple so can follow better. Harder to find yourself around.

The program is well designed and easy to use. It allows you to move to different parts of the program or follow a step-by-step format. The program also allows for importing of information from other sources
