Not happy with '24 edition hoping '75 edition will

been using TUBO TAX PREMIER for years and this years version was a lot harder with lots more questions. Had difficulty trying to print my returns to mail.

For some reason my efile did not process

The preparation was easy. I am 100% certain that I efiled my return. I went to check on the status of my refund and the irs did not have anything that matched my info. I went back into turbo tax and filed it. I can't imagine what happened. I am very concerned that I may get a penalty for filing this late. I'm very frustrated!!

It is not user friendly at all! Sometimes we get an error but does not specifically state what the error is! Do not know if you have quality control with the software that is sent out users.

I completed my taxes on March 29th and I thought that I had filed electronically. When after 5 weeks I had not received acknowledgement, I went to irs.gov to "check my status" only to find they had no record of it. I then went to computer to find my turbo tax file, but could not access it at all. I just got an "Error: 190".
I did find a PDF of said tax return...but no electronic file that I could use.
I have been using turbo tax for a number of years without a problem but this was quite disturbing
