I was unable to record taxes withheld on my Canadian RRIF retirement withdrawals, even after spending several hours with your advisors. finally had to show it as other taxes paid. It should not be that hard to record taxes withheld on Canadian pension income!

I have used Turbotax for a very long time. I do a lot of stock trading and I really like how I am able to import of this information from my broker into Turbotax.

Page 1 of the usual File by Mail Instructions was missing [i.e, Balance Due/Refund, What You Need to Mail, What You Need to Keep, Federal Tax Return Summary (i.e., no AGI, Taxable Income, Payment Due, Effective Tax Rate), Estimated Payments to Make for Next Year's Return). Just addresses and vouchers of where to send payments. The printouts even started on "Page 2". Disappointed.

A good product. However, I did not see the Jump To on my program as in the past, and the software company needs to provide a Senior Citizen discount as it is getting too expensive for me to purchase Turbo Tax.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

slower this year , with multiple times that it "hangs up". Supporting details doesn't work properly. did not give me access to farm rental form. did not offer option to print state forms to file after e-filing Federal.
