TurboTAx become problematic-not worth the hassle

I have used Turbotax for years but no more. I finally input all my information and tried to e-file but it keeps on giving me “first go on line and update”. According to the Turbotax community HELP i’m supposed to close the file and it will prompt me to GET UPDATES when I open the file again. IT DOESN'T! I have tried 6 times.It is 1 May and I want to file my taxes!!!

Turbo tax is great, but needs some adjustments

Everything went well except for the confusion filing a K1 form. I answered all the questions and then turbotax kept asking confusing questions for which I had no answers.
I don't like that you did not provide the same opportunity to input foreign bank enterests as before. You assumed all my banks provided 1099 forms, which they did not. I had to search to find out how to submit the dividends separately.

Turbo Tax was much better in prior years.
I do not like what you have done with inputting income - 1099-Div, R, B etc.

I've used TurboTax since maybe a year after it was first released. Super easy to use and very thorough. I wouldn't use any other product.
