Turbo tax continues to try and nickel and dime their consumers to paying for more services that you think you are paying for up front. Buying this is supposed to allow for the ease of use for Rental properties. That could not be further from the truth. It wants you to pay $60 for tax advice, $45 for audit defense, and $25 for state filing which is free through the state.

Not as good as last year

There is a bug with this years TurboTax. Washington state does not have state income tax, yet TurboTax wanted to download a state return and e-fiile a WA state efile. I noticed several forums about this issue with individuals asking why Intuit has not resolved the problem. If you are listening to your customers, then please resolve this quickly.

Easy to Use - But a selection menu would be great

Accurate and really easy to use, but I wish that Turbo Tax would allow the user to select the types of returns that they want to file - and bundle them into one package - rather than making us buy two or three different packages to get everything we need.

TurboTax Crashes at Summary Tab

Program would crash at Summary tab - it would not run. Tried to uninstall and install again, tried to use a different computer. No reasons nor alerts provided. Had to wait until a few SW upgrades to get the problem fix. Poor quality/reliability.
