Premier 2024 - Mac.
Found a bug preventing me from e-filing amended Federal return in late April after having e-filed Federal return on April 11th. Program wanted me to mail amended return against IRS recommendations.

New income entry UI HORRIBLE

I'm a loyal 25+ year Turbotax user. The new income entry user interface is HORRIBLE! Lumping interest, dividends, and capital gains all together with huge space wasting tabs makes both entry and review difficult. PLEASE revert back to the original tabular format with separate pages for the income categories.

Awesome: Improvements to archive PDF's desired

Been using TT for individuals and Business for years. Only one thing I would say is missing, especially for those of us who need to go back into the PDF for reference details for question answering. The built in export to PDF generates a bookmarked file but does not include all of the schedules and worksheets. The option to print to PDF including all schedules and worksheets for recordkeeping purposes does not generate bookmarks for the file. Could you please add that feature? Not sure why if you have the code to generate it for the short file that it can't be applied to the entire set of schedules. With much thanks!!!

Too hard to download. I live rural where the computers are slow. I can no longer get a disc, so this is my last year using this product.

Turbo Tax Ease of Use

I have found Turbo Tax very easy to use. Good self helps, the program guides you through all necessary questions so that you can file your taxes accurately. Expert advice is also available but didn't avail myself of that option.

A few problems with easy-step interview

The easy-step interview process is not nearly as good and straightforward as it used to be in prior years. I had to constantly go into forms to figure out where I was and make corrections. It is still a good product, but nothing like its former self. It is so difficult to figure out exactly where one is in the interview/easy-step process. Please improve this for next year.
