decline and failure of turbotax

i have used turbotax for 10 years
and this is the worst experience i have had ever. the product is impossibly slow and i have
found many mistakes. the clincher was paying for the new mexico efile with my charge card on intuit.com and
then the credit was never transfered to my tax return so i could not efile/.

Turbo Tax Premier

When I inputted my W-2 form as a PDF, Turbo tax swap the data in block 12 into block 14. It almost cost me $1161 if I had not reviewed all my forms before sending them off.

Aweful. Your TurboTax is not accepting 6 digit IRS generated PIN against identity theft.

Household employee data, stock sales detail edit

You should make it easier to go back and correct stock sales detail. Once you have entered amount of stock shares you cannot edit that. Also, it should d indicate that household help requires paying in social security only when total income for employee is $2700 or more before any gross-up for the employee social security you may pay on behalf of employee.

Makes it difficult to file by mail

I don't want to efile my state returns and the software doesn't switch over to whats required to file by mail. I don't want to pay the filing fee.
