Turbo Tax is flawed!

Intuit internet went down on April 15 for me to file federal return electronically. So I mailed in federal return.
I now tried to file VA state return and Turbo tax would not let me do it through them after I have the state version with my purchase. VA required me to pay online but because Turbo tax could not help with the state electronic filing of the report, I need to mail in the VA state copy. All because Intuit DID NOT have internet access on April 15.

90% perfect. It would be better if TurboTax used the same language as the irs. it would save some input errors. I had to hunt and peck to figure out how to make a correction to an input. interview input screen would not take me back to the initial input screen when i tried to use the edit feature. i finally found the view tab and was able to open the "forms" view and go to the input line and make the correction there. an easier way to get to the entries for correction would be helpful.

TurboTax errors can get you audited!

Turbo tax now has errors that it never used to have. This time, I was never asked for SSA 1099-R information. I only caught the error after printing my return. I had dividends downloaded and then entered twice on the same line and added together which greatly increased my tax liability. I also found a 1099-R where I had entered it, but it didn't show up on the return. Sloppy programming.
