Non online software not a robust as it once was.

Getting help is not easy or non-existent. Can't just do a search like browsers from Help. Can no longer just double click and drill down to screens that you can enter multiple items that culminate to total number for the entry (or at least I can't find a way). Non online software not a robust as it once was nor has the quality as the online version.

Buyer Beware

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this is the first year I have had a problem with Intuit login. After trying to use the help feature online I refused to pay an additional fee. It then took me a month with the first phone call not understanding my email address and a promise to get back with me in a couple days, which never happened. The next phone call kept having me repeat steps over and over. The representative was helpful but then the call was dropped. Luckily I was finally able to get into the program. i have always given this program a five star rating but not this year. Please reconsider the Intuit login process.

Not pleased w all of the aftermarket sales request

Turbotax is losing its customer convenience

turbo tax updates too often. During the season i get data together and update my return as data comes in or is organized everytime i open the program it wants to spend a lot of time updating and wasting my time Also this year for the first time i said to file the return and it said i was done but did ,not send it i found out because i was looking for confirmation of receipt by IRS That sucks Caused my return to be late even though I tried to file nearls a week early

Turbotax 2024 Premier is good but with Issues

I continue to use Turbotax for over 20 yrs now. This year though I had some weird things happen. For example, when I printed by SC return for filing by mail, it did not also print the copy of the Fed which is required. I had to do that separately. I also find it annoying that there are several cases where is asks to check for information from last years taxes. I do not understand why it just cannot pull that.
