Shame you don't reward your loyal customers

I have used it for decades and pre-order and am part of the advantage plan
Yet, I always find better deals out there for the same product.
Loyal customers should be rewarded, not milked for more money.

Even when in the product they advertise $20 e-file for Advantage customers I get charged $25

Was not able to download all 1099s.
