TurboTax is Great!

I love TurboTax! I think the interview style is very comfortable and is organized well for eliciting the client information. I've never been unable to figure out where to make entries when I have something unusual. Something I adapted from the program is what TurboTax uses as categories of medical expenses (likely as prescribed by the IRS): Prescriptions, Professional Fees, Facility Fees, Lab/Diagnostic, etc., etc. When I file receipts and statements during the year, I do so according to these categories; then when tax season arrives, I am already well started on organizing and inputting my data .I've been a satisfied user for eighteen yearPilgrim22s!

turbo tax did not meet my ratings this year. payment this year to IRS was made March 4 2025 using my bank. money was accepted. i am getting emails from TurboTax saying I have not paid money to IRS and I am overdue.

Needs updates for government IP Pin number

I have used Turbotax for many years. Now when the 6 digit IP Pin number which the government gives us for protection is entered, Turbotax only allows a 5 digit number IP PIN number. It kicks our return back and wants us to manually send our return. I bought Turbotax so I could electronically file. Last Year, using Turbotax, I had to wait 11/2 years to get my manually sent tax return back to me! Turbotax, PLEASE UPDATE your program or you will not be seeing me again!
