No Errors -- not always true

Turbo Tax states "that my TT has no errors" -- but that was not true. There were errors in my taxes where I put in my tax filings twice -- yet it did not catch the error.

TurboTax is better than Tums!

I had a Schedule K-1 from my parents' estate this year & I was very nervous about doing my taxes as I hadn't worked on anything that complex before. I was able to complete my taxes & I found the tip boxes very helpful.

HELOC taxes VS Original home LOAN

OK, Ive been with U more than 10 yrs! it took 3X to talk to 3 EAs to correct problems in your program!
TTax was not able to process my K1: I even called the ph#s for both the Co. & the K! issuer 1 Deadend. The EA di work around it & just left it as is about $5 loss. Next EA misunderstood me about my NEW Home LOAN & listed it as a HELOC which it wasnt & would have cost me about $5000 !!!! in taxes which i didnt make sense since i had paid by ES payments roughly $6000 !!! The 3rd EA found the mistake & i thot i was Done, so i filed 4/15... When i didnt get an accept Email i tried to call U; noone answered & the links while thay did work , all of a sudden i need an update ; The patches were difficult to install!! & wereNot on my Desktop as it said. I went online per instr & after 3Xs it worked & I was transmitted... Finally.
I asked for a rfd of the $60 Fee for HELP. but no luck! Yes I want a $60 rfd OR FREE next YR. TKS. only the 3rd agent was able to correct the 2nd Huge mistake per the HELOC.

Turbo Tax less user friendly than past product.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. However, this year's software was miserable to access and I had a great deal of frustration getting my password accepted, The program itself was less user friendly than in previous
years. I seriously considered going to a tax service and have reservations about ever using your products in the future.

Yurbo tax is horable

I used turbotax for 20 years. Always been great. My only complaint. If I purchase direct it's almost 50% more than I can buy it from at a store. Being a a repeat customer why can't I get close to the same deal??
