E-filing is flawed

In general the program worked fine and the process was easy as it was for previous years, however the actual e-filing was very problematic this year as it resulted in a late submission. In previous years when e-filing the filing went through immediately upon completion of the transaction for payment of the state filing fee, but this year it did not and I thought it rather odd when I had not received the text/email message stating the returns had been filed. So I checked back into Turbotax and saw that even though it had asked to print files for record, the filing had not actually been executed which in prior years Turbotax did not ask to print files for records until after the filing was executed. Thanks to this flaw in Turbotax I am now faced with a potential penalty from the IRS for filing late. Not sure I will be filing with Turbotax in the future given this experience.

I have been unable to pay and arrange for e-filing of my state return. The program and the research tools have been useless. Thus, I have not filed and it is, so far, a day late.

I will never use Turbotax again; you are married to Adobe and I don't want it. I was unable to print a copy of my returns as I have always done in the 40 years I've been your customer.

Needs improvement

I thought I had filed on 4/1 but found out today that it had not been filed hen checking why the feds had not deducted the tax from my account. To file I had to answer a numbe rof questions that made no sense even though the review said the filing was complete. Worst filing in 10 years.

I use Turbo Tax Premier. The product is badly in need of updates for both User Experience and Functionality.
There are serious errors in the product that now I have also also send documents manually in addition to e-filing. The use experience is sub par and us stuck in in yester years
