Turbo Tax not very user friendly

It is not as user friendly as it was advertised! Also I don't like the extra "junk fee" that got added after already purchased the software at the very end when you are ready to do the e-file. It's a form of "blackmail" fees.
Also didn't really see options for a cost segregation study deductions.

Deteriorating with age?

UX is deteriorating in all facets. design and presentation is not consistent throughout, language flow is not even or consistent: syntax changes perspective within a single page/screen.

TurboTax is okey. it can be better.

Lots of bugs in software. When you start on section and you nottice that you did not need to input in the feild; then when you try to e-file, Turbo thinks that you missed something and the software keep on going back and for for for you to input something.
For example: I mistakenly open the charging at home installation section and it askes me over and over on the contractor licence 11 digit number with longlitude and laditude informatiom. Hoppfully you understand what i am saying. Well... Have a nice day and thanks for this software.

Turbo Tax is the best Tax Software

Turbotax is good, but far from perfect

Very detailed. This is good. But it can be better by copying over last year's data so that in many cases, we don't have to enter the same data again and again.
