TurboTax Great Experience

My 2024 tax year experience with TurboTax went smoothly. The software is user friendly. It clearly defines terms and explains sections. I did not experience any issues with the Premier version of TurboTax. Highly recommend this product.

Love TT but for tiny glitch with OK state return

For the Oklahoma State return there is an issue... you can select to donate some or all of your return to a listed charity. However, if you later change your mind and want to delete or change the donation amount, the program did not allow that. While reviewing my data entries, I made some corrections which necessitated a change to my donation amount and I was unable to change it. By selecting to apply my refund to next year's taxes, the donation did zero out. However that is not what I really wanted to do! This part needs work..

Great improvements: W2 picture upload and added financial institution sharing features saved me at least 2 hours from last years return preperation-time.

Great, with one hiccup

When I am entering my name and address on the credit card payment for e-filing the state, the button on the bottom to "continue" is too far down so it is off screen and my mouse can't reach it to press it. When I try to move the window up, it reverts back so the button is off screen. I finally figured out that I could push tab a few times and push enter (I had to tab 4 times to get past the other buttons). I think this happened last year too, and it is very annoying since I'm so close to the end and just want to be done with it! I forget how I solved it last year. Otherwise, TurboTax is great.
