Data input is a DISASTER!

I continue to use TurboTax because it possesses a continuity that flows from year to year. But the app looks like something from 40 years ago. It's probably running on COBOL. Every year I use TurboTax, I reach up and try to use my touch screen to move the display, only to remind myself, for the 800th time, that TurboTax is not Windows based.
And 2024 was probably the worst year ever. TurboTax tried to rework the 1009-INT and 1099-DIV function. It was a TOTAL DISASTER. Navigation was almost impossible. I would click on INT and get sent to DIVs. I easily wasted 2 hours fighting with the INT and DIV entries. The old format would have saved me 90 minutes of hassle. This part of the information input area needs to be seriously FIXED. The 2024 version of Turbo Tax is an unmitigated DISASTER!

Turbo tax has lot of defects.
1. Since I have purchased two states software, it is forcing to file for both states even though it is required only state.
2. Local tax refunds issue was not resolved for almost for 10 days. This put me to file on 4/15/2025.

Every year I use Turbo Tax premier because I have rental properties, every year it miscalculates my harvestable losses from prior years though all of that was also calculated using Turbo Tax itself. Makes you go back and look at "Net Operating Loss" which isn't labeled as such anywhere on the form they reference. Really annoying and poorly designed.
