Filing keeps doing an error

Everything went smooth until the filing and it kept coming up that "spouses AGI was wrong". We checked line 11 on 2023 return and used the same number for both of us as instructed to do. Now they keep rejecting it due to this error. Same thing happened to my son so seems like a software bust?

Your instructions for the Alabama state taxes seemed to be less helpful about some of the same topics relative to the federal tax return. Also, the instructions for how to supply an IRS IP PIN were sparse but this person helped a TON, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/solution-irs-ip-pin-versus-turbo-tax-pin-turbo-tax-2024/00/3558866.

Advantage Package Not Providing Benefit

I purchased the Advantage offer a year ago and it's been nothing but trouble. System could not find my order to get started. Now it's in a loop and keeps checking software and downloading State, but never starts processing, in spite of my having purchased single State again.
