Good Product - Long Time User

overall I am happy with the TurboTax product. The ability to carryover information from previous returns and importing W2s and bank/brokerage statements is a main draw for continued use. For some reason it did not import my W2 this year, which was frustrating. not that difficult to enter, but tedious. Seems to always get more costly, but I suppose it's keeping pace with inflation. I still consider it a good value.

State Exemption for Michigan Municipal Bonds.

Not sure Turbo Tax recognized Miichigan exempt municipal bond interest. Program does not easily allow Michigan portion of tax exempt interest. If so, where is it?
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Premier: almost as great as Intuit hope

As transitions occur in employment, age, etc. we have oved from Turbo to Deluxe and this year to Premier. Each had its quirks, but this year was the first where I came close to needing to spend an addition $60 in order to have answered a question that should not have been so Byzantine. On the plus side, tallying investments (the reason for Premier) was easy (if time consuming). I expect I will be using Premier for the next tax year

Turbo Tax sucks

very poor and the last time I will use Turbo Tax. I don't want to buy anything more. I just want to file my completed return. The only option for continuing requires I pay more money.

installation nightnare

I could not install turbo tax on my pc, i was on the phone for 3 hours with your support before we got it to work. If you don't offer a disc next year i won be buying your product ever again. i have for decades and i will be done with you.

Disappointing level of support, no non-existent

I have used TurboTax for several years now. I was always able to get through without any personal contact with the company. My kids used TurboTax this year, and we hit bumps. God help you if you need to actually speak to a human being. As long as the code gets you there, it is great. After that, it is as crappy as any other tax app in terms of support.

Only offering options to collect more money

The product says that I can pay from my account but when I get ready to e-file it only gives me the option to pay with credit card or from the balance of my federal return, after collecting my bank information for direct debit.
