Good product; one annoying feature...

Product is overall great. One issue that keeps happening (yearly) is that when importing 1099's, you make the user solve a Captcha to log onto the account instead of simple ID/Password. Unfortunately, the Captcha is in a tiny window that, despite massive effort, the Captcha windows are cut off and you only see a portion of the windows. Happened this year and last. Took me a long time to get past that to a real sign-on. Need to fix your software so the Captcha window can be fully seen. I have a giant screen but your window is too small.

Buggy Software, but it works.

I wish the programmers would fix the rucurring problem with software authentication during program start. It always thinks I am starting the software from a new computer. I can get it to work by logging out and back into Onedrive, then try to launch the software again. This always works by the third try, what a hassle. Last year I almost ran out of activation keys before figuring out the gimmick. Come on TurboTax, do better!!!

Turbo Tax is SoSo

Not as user friendly as last years.
Just ask for interest, dividends, capital gains all by themselves.
This is the first year I'm not happy with Turbo Tax.
Go back to the old way.

I have been using Turbo for many years and the only thing I complain about is that why cant we down load multiple accounts from the same financial institution. Hopefully this you will remedy in the coming years
