Nice product, confusing billing.

Chose not to purchase audit defense yet when it came time to file there was a 45.00 charge ... with no explanation. Seems sketchy. They have made things much easier related to ESPP and RSUs though.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Expert made it easy on two states and selling prop

I have been using turbo tax for 20 years and love it. This is first time I used expert and he was fantastic. I had income in 2 states for the 1st time and sold 2 properties in two states and we sailed right through it. It took over an hour but I could never have done it on my own

Not A Happy Camper

I am a longtime )10+ years) user of TurboTax and this is the first year the software has been "glitchy". Unfortunately, I had to install it on a pc (Dell) as my Macbook Pro OS was not recent enough for the software to auto install. This was the first year I need to pay for advice from a professional but what I really needed was tech support. The software said I had an error in my return, entering a bunch of 0 dollar amounts seemed to let me continue and file but when I went back to check the status it first asked me to file both state and federal.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 18 years. So easy to use. The best thing I love is we don't have to reveal our personal/financial information to anyone locally if we use Turbo Tax!
