This years version FLAWED

This years version had several program/UI flows. I selected an entry then entered a value - later I changed my answer to NO and the software did not ZERO OUT my numeric entries in multiple spots

Turbo Tax is incredible!

Turbo Tax is an incredible program for filing taxes. No matter how complicated your taxes are, the step by step review takes you through every piece of information needed for your return. I have used Turbo Tax for years and would not use anything else.

I have been using TTAX for 3+ decades. It is a great product, with limitations. I cannot print individual pages. Frustrating. Come on, guys, it's 2025.
Next, the Search Topics option is primitive. I should be able to go to specific pages.
Next, getting technical support is more difficult than getting answers from the IRS.
Other than that, a very good product... but not awesome.

Turbotax is easy and useful and trustworthy

I've used Turbotax for what feels like a hundred years! I was probably one of their first users! It works, and it is easy to understand, and having your info transferred year after year is very convenient. The help features within the application aren't great, but there is always Google and the IRS website.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Gets clunkier and clunkier every year. Got to the final step and then it cancels my filing because I need to update the software. Do you think they would check that before you try to file???
