We have used Turbo Tax for decades and still find it easy to use. So far, the only mistakes were on our part in not understanding what the IRS meant. The built-in help was most useful! Thanks for an easy to use and understand product.

I had the TT Premier download for MAC. Some of the dropdown menus were not updated from last year. Also I downloaded two states and they didnt populate with Federal data. I called and was told it was because I wasn't signed into Intuit on-line? Very confusing what that has to do with downloaded software.

Been using TurboTAX since at least 92 and mistakes have been my fault for failing to enter info. Background info always helps with questions.
