Turbotax is great but could be better

I've used turbotax for years it works great for me. I wish it would capture all IRA values as of end of year before taxed year(2023) so RMD's could be calculated across all of my IRA investments. There seems to be no where to account for any IRA's that I didn't take RMD's from. So Turbotax can't or doesn't tell me if I have taken enough for my RMD's for the taxed year2024)

Administrator mode require to enter information

For the last 3 years, I have had to go into administrator mode to enter my Social Security information and this year Administrator mode was required to enter my stock information.

I always like Turbo Tax since it makes filing taxes not so daunting. I like their internal checks on the taxes and audit risk review.

OK state tax unhappy filing / Federal is great

I love turbo tax and have been a User for more than 15 years. Reason for my low rating is the POOR e filing instructions for Oklahoma. After filing it tells me I need to mail in documents and it displays the form 511EF. This form states that instructions IF to file this form is on page 2 BUT the page 2 does not show in turbo tax. So now I have t start searching do I need to mail in this form plus the required additional forms or not. That should be an easy check for TurboTax to see was on of the required forms that triggers the need for mail in required or not. Not sure you read this intuit but if you want to be the best fix the easy issues, please.

Easy to Use! Gather all the financial forms sent to you by your various financial institutions. Then, use the “Easy Steps” section of TurboTax to enter the financial data from each institution. Before filing the TurboTax program will check for errors and, if any are found, show you what needs to be corrected. Simply make the necessary corrections and follow the remaining steps to file your return.
