Missing critical - Dark mode and Fonts in App

The app is beyond usable in terms of UX elements.
1. There is no DARK mode
2. The fonts are so miniscule - there needs to be setting to change to user preferences
Some topics may need more directions

Mandatory state e-filing???

My tax debt to the state of Virginia is $600. Your program said i had to file electronically as I passed the $6000 threshold???? What's going on and why is this an issue??? I've trusted you guys for years and now I'm worried that you all don't have it together..... will i use TurboTax next year... not sure, you guys broke my confidence.

I've been using it for years. The pass over from the previous year's return is especially helpful in reducing the amount of time needs, as are the various provision to import information from 1099 and W-2. The help files are clearly written with many good examples. The workflow is logical, and the step by step processing makes it easy to complete. I have always felt confident filing my taxes and I've never gotten any worrisome feedback from the IRS. e-File is also handy, although expensive.
