Turbo Tax Changes every year

Every year it gets harder and harder to download on to my computer to use. This year it took me over 2 hours trying to get it downloaded and kept asking me information I did not understand or have or where to find it. Then there is a learning curve because to format is different than the previous year. though these changes may be necessary, it requires more time to just get moving on my returns.

TurboTax a Disappointment

I have used other tax prepare software for years and this year I thought I would try the "best one" out there, TurboTax Premier. Well, clearly not the best. It is OK in helping you do a return but is questionable as to ethics. The version I purchased said I could e file 1 State return for free, but you charged me $15 to file the Virginia State Return. I threw away the packaging, so I don't have it to prove to you, but I remember the free state filing feature or that implication.

Turbo Tax is good and reliable.

Software was not as friendly this year for my needs. It also kept having me review and review an entry that was reviewed, numbers confirmed and at times re-entered to go thru the same circle. filed with statement 'Needs review"
