Multiple e-file rejections and poor help

My federal return was rejected and as a result my state return was also rejected. I wasn't told by TT why it was rejected. The software found no errors. Refiled and again rejected. This time I was told it might be Identity theft and did I get an IT Pin from the IRS, I marked the appropriate form "No" and resubmitted. Rejected. This time I was given an error code and instructions where to get a PIN. I did so and corrected the proper form. Again rejected. Now a different error code. A wrong payer ID on a 1040-R. I found and corrected that error. Refiled but I didn't refile the state form as recommended. The Federal was excepted! When I signed on again to re-file the state form the instructions were not clear. I saw no option to refile only the state so I spent a lot of time searching on-line help to see how to avoid refilling the Federal forms and potentially causing more problems. Not finding an answer I held my breath and selected to refile both forms. I appears to have worked. But we'll see. Please make the instructions clearer and the process more user friendly.

Turbo USED to be awesome

States return should be included in package and assistance should be included . Earlier version of Turbo were more inclusive and a lot more user friendly.
