Major Bug makes mail filing difficult

The product works as advertised, except either a bug or intentional design choice prevents the user from filing a state return by mail if the free federal e-file option is selected. The state e-file costs money, of course. There is a work around, but it is not how the software seems to be designed to be used.

I am 80 years old this year and it helps me a lot. Do not think social security should be taxed.

The IRS IP Pin caused my return to be rejected. It is not a very clear process in the automated process.

Deteriorating over the years

Quality of Turbotax over the years 2017-2023 it was always increasing, last few years it has reduced
AGI of last year is always incorrect and returns get rejected and we have to re-file
1099 Stocks drag and drop option is not available which is a pain.
