Not As User-Friendly As It Used to Be

I've used TurboTax for many many years, and this is the first year I've been disappointed in the format. The new "bubble" approach to listing sources of interest and dividend income is clunky and far less user-friendly than the simple list approach used in previous versions. (With the former list approach, it was easy to see at a glance which sources were complete and which ones were missing information. Now users have to scroll up and down and look carefully at each bubble to see if it "needs review".) Please go back to the simple list format!
Also, I live in a state that doesn't have an income tax, so it was very frustrating to have TurboTax tell me I had to select a state program and either had to file my state tax return or click the "I'll return to it later" button in order to e-file my federal return. What nonsense!
In previous years I consistently rated TurboTax a 5/5 and raved about it to relatives, friends, and colleagues, but this year - eh. I'd give it a 3/5.

I like the way Turbo Tax walks you through step by step. The efile is also great. Also, how it links your state taxes in.

The only issue I had was during the state return

Turbo tax could be better

Turbo tax is easy at the start but hard to review and modify at the end. It does not give yu easy access to a profit and loss statement for a business. It is also difficult to complete the payment screens when all fields are blacked out. It also does not allow a taxpayers coming from a different provider to stay with their chosen tax expert
