Turdo Tax is good

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and enjoyed the ease of data entry plus the ability to e-file. I also used TurboTax to file my son's returns. Both last year and this year when I tried to submit the return via e-file it was rejected due to the Identity Protection Pin. Both last year and this year I decided that it was too much trouble to go through all the process to get the pin and switched to print and mail. I have had no problems with my return but with my Son's return this has become a pain.

No way to save PDF of return. Can only print

Did not use on line support. However I would try to make it eaiser for people with college students and school payments. That section was very hard to traverse.

Very Good Tax Sofware With Some Flaws

Good Tax software option. Really like the automatic populating of forms. Great job on the import of pdf files. However, it was a little disappointing when I was being asked to clarify/answer detailed questions about very detailed/buried numbers withing the forms and the helpful hints were of little or no help. TurboTax has the expertise. If they do not know the answer, what makes them think I would. So, it required many hours of investigation on my part to answer detailed questions that I thought was something TurboTax should know and is why I purchased the software in the first place.
