went fine, still struggle a bit with K-1s it was nice that I was able to upload all but one of them. Improvement, option to upload stuff like K-1s etc when in a section where uploadable docs may be available or expected, or reminder and instruction that it can be done at that time. I forget from year to year, and start to manuallly entering info and later realize I can upload. so then I upload (more accurate and avoiding questions I have to reearch to answer) but then I have duplicates, manual and upload, which I have to find in Forms view to delete..

The company tries to rip me off using my phone app

It's a hassle to input my forms and information from my phone. It deleted all of my information when I tried to download a tax file to use my computer software. I had to start everything all over again. I will not file taxes with you next year

Turbo Tax possible overcharge

I paid for the Premier version of turbo tax, which I understood to include both Federal taxes and California state income tax. Yet when filing I was charged another $49.14 for the California income tax. Have I been overcharged by mistake?

Navigation is sometimes clumsy.

I have used Turbo tax for 10 + years. I still find navigation awkward. I'd like to be able to flag every time I have to go around in circles to get to where i need to go. The data source responses are often of no value.. The code knows what numbers it used and where it got them. Why won't it tell me.
