If I could get rid of it I would. I don't know why they make inputting RSUs so painful. It's got to be a common task.

Needs a lot of love

I spent 25 hours on this software to file my joint tax returns and dread it! Lost 2 nights of sleep!
- 1099-B manual enter is a miserable experience
- W-2 import missed importing my 2nd state tax income so wasted 5 hours trying to re-do everything
- e-file got a error in transmitting step and turns out I had incorrect purchased Turbotax Deluxe instead of Premier. Wasted 3 hours on this

Buggy, irritating software

You can tell which parts of TurboTax were updated for this year because they are FULL of BUGS. If I wasn't stuck using TurboTax I would definitely use something. else.

Fifteen years of satisfactory tax filings

I've used TurboTax for 15 years and can't imagine going back to hand-filling my return. There are a small number of clunky unexplained terms or bits that read like they were just lifted from the forms, but mostly it guides me through my return in a way that I understand, making it relatively painless once I have all the papers I need.

Fedaral tax penalty calculation is still quite bug

Fedaral penalty calculation is still quite buggy. Once annualized tax payment amounts are entered, it is very difficult to go back to non-annualized method by deleting the number. Need to start from the last saved file

Could not print tax return at the final stage. I did save the return to my computer as a PDF file, so I opened that file to print a hard copy.
