Turbo tax makes filing much easier

All worked except it would not recognize my routing number and account number so I had to request a refund by mail. Tried several times!!! Also can't get my printer to get return printed.

Smooth Filing

I filed using TurboTax Premier. The process was as smooth as ever and got the refund that was expected. Being able to import data from investment accounts makes the process a breeze. I'll be buying it again next year.

Turbo Tax is frustrating to use

Very frustrating to use. No way to save documents to my computer and no way to print tax documents. I would select "print" and it appeared to print many times, but never actually printed any tax documents.

TurboTax is necessary evil, not easy to work with

The cost of e filing should have been disclosed prior to the time of sale of the software. I tried to import tax information from Treasury Direct and there was no clear information if this is something that can or cannot be done. Occasionally the software was going through the same loop asking me to answer the same questions I had just answered.

2024 Turbo Tax is a little less than average.

Your information entry process is more complicated than in previous years. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and this year your system was too complicated and too time consuming.
