Crypto currency support is lacking. Makes me sign into my Intuit account to purchase eFile for state and then makes me manually enter my address instead of pulling it from the account they just made me sign into.

You didn't find out until the final verification step right before submitting my return that two TIN's were missing (which I had entered AND you had from scanning the 1099)? Or did the software magically forget about it?
The fact that preparing the CA state return is included but the free e-file service costs $25 to do through TurboTax even if you have the Premier version shows what a rip off this company is. Mainly thanks to TurboTax's lobbying we are still in the situation that filing taxes is cumbersome and not free for everyone.

Don't appreciate all the sales attemps at the end

I have been using Turbo tax for the last 16 years and this version worked ok, but kept popping up ad windows for more Turbo tax services. Not only is this irritating, but also interfes with the hard copy pringt of the return.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO E-FILE STATE RETURN. SOFTWARE IS MISLEADING. SAYS IT INCLUDES STATE BUT DOESN'T STATE THAT YOU NEED TO PAY TO E-FILE STATE RETURN

Login issue

The forgot password mechanism is awful. A verification code was sent and used and it was useless. It just simply prompted me back to the "type in password" screen. Had to literally call and speak with an agent and proceed through a tedious process to reset my account password. This caused a serious headache and setback. Been using Turbotax for a decade and never encountered frustration like that before.
